Renovation Plan

Extensive interior renovation includes resurfacing all walls due to exotic texturing applied by previous owners. Updated flooring throughout. Kitchen remodel to include first floor laundry room and removal of dated archways. Repairs and upgrades will be made to subflooring, plumbing and electrical system. Second floor bedroom will be remodeled to make space more useable and appealing. Second floor bathroom will be remodeled to be more modern and useable space. Largest area of renovation includes reframing and siding of west facing wall of building and repositioning of staircase to second floor.
