Week 2 Progress

All walls that are not going to change due to other construction have been refloated and sanded to smooth, will later be textured with orange peel or knock down texture and painted. Arches and walls in kitchen area have been removed. Sagging subfloor in kitchen has been reframed and new subfloor material installed. Electrical system has been rendered safe and passed safety inspection for SMUD to install meter and energize house. back yard has been cleared of debris, front yard has been mowed and is presentable.
